Do the rooms have balconies?
All our rooms have a balcony.
Are pets permitted?
We accept well-behaved dogs, one per room. A supplement of €15 per day is charged for their stay.
Is breakfast included in the room price?
Breakfast is not included in the room price, but can be booked on site or with your stay on our booking site. www.hotelsporting-morzine.com.
For bookings made through Booking.com, breakfast is never included, but you can book it on site.
What are the breakfast hours?
Breakfast is served from 7:30 am to 10:00 am. We can arrange special service during major events.
Does the hotel offer a restaurant or catering service?
The hotel does not have a restaurant. However, at the hotel bar, you can enjoy our platters of cold meats, cheeses and homemade soups, and depending on the season, a small selection of snacks will also be available.
Skiing, cycling & activities
Is the hotel close to the ski slopes and ski lifts?
There is a ski lift opposite the hotel (road to cross) which allows you to ski to the main cable car located 300 metres from the hotel. Free public shuttle buses stop at the hotel door and take you directly to Les Prodains to access Avoriaz...
Do you offer secure ski or bicycle storage?
A ski storage room is available in winter. In summer, we provide a mountain bike storage room and another for road bikes.
Do you offer ski/mountain bike packages directly at reception?
Packages are available for purchase at reception at preferential rates depending on the season. We do not take advance orders for packages; purchases must be made on site.
Do you have a partner shop for ski equipment hire?
The Félix ski shop, located 100 metres from the hotel, offers special rates to our guests.
Can we book skiing, snowboarding or other activities through the hotel?
We do not offer this type of service, but we can refer you to the most competent schools.
Access & Parking
Does the hotel have a car park? Is it free?
Free private parking is available without reservation.
Do you offer a shuttle service to the slopes/centre of Morzine?
We do not offer this type of service, but public shuttle buses stop 50 metres from the hotel. The village centre is 300 metres away, less than a 5-minute walk.
How do I get to the hotel from the nearest station or airport?

Three charging stations are available at the hotel.

The reception desk is open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

There is no laundry service available at the establishment.

Check-in is possible from 3:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and check-out from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
